I use this tervis cup almost every day, mostly for water, and it does a good job keeping it cold for a few hours. Even if I leave it in the car for a bit, the ice usually holds up decently. With how many companies mess around with delivery windows these days, I was bracing for some kind of delay or excuse. But my order actually showed up when they said it would, and there were no problems at all. Kind of sad that this feels rare now, but I appreciated it.
"Held up better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure these Tervis cups would stay looking good after going through the dishwasher over and over. I kind of expected some cloudiness or maybe a little warping eventually, but so far they still look basically new. I use them all the time, toss them in the dishwasher, and they come out looking fine every time. Definitely makes everyday use a lot easier.

"Cleans up easy, but the lid needs extra work"
Overall, this has been easy to wash and it doesn’t seem to hold onto smells, which I really like. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the lid takes a bit more scrubbing to get fully clean. Has anyone else had the same issue with the lid?

"Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered a cup from Tervis and it got here way quicker than I thought it would. Tracking was all good, and it showed up packed nicely with no issues. i was just glad it didn’t take forever like some other sites do. Clutch, I’d definitely order again.

I’ve tossed this in my bag a bunch of times now, usually wedged next to my keys and a notebook, and so far there hasn’t been a single drip. I’m the kind of person who checks the cap and the corners way too often, and everything has stayed dry. Works great.

"Heads up: warranty replacement came through, but it took a while"
Just a warning for anyone planning to use the warranty—don’t expect it to be super quick. I had to reach out to them twice about my claim before things really moved along. To be fair, they did end up replacing the cup, so the warranty wasn’t useless or anything. It just took longer than I expected, and the follow-up felt a bit frustrating.

"Return was easy enough, just took a little time"
I had to return a tumbler because the lid showed up with a crack in it, which was annoying, but not the end of the world. I went on tervis.com, filled out the return form, and then kind of waited... I think it took a couple days before I heard back.
Once they replied, it was straightforward. They asked me to send a photo, which makes sense, though I was hoping it would move a little faster. After that, they sent out a replacement without giving me a hard time, so I appreciated that part.
So yeah, overall it worked out fine. Not the fastest return experience ever, but customer service was helpful and the new cup is in good shape. I’d say it was mostly easy, just a bit slower than I expected.

I got a Tervis cup for my sister’s birthday, and she ended up really liking it. There were a ton of designs to choose from, which made it easy to find something that felt like her style.
To be fair, having that many options was both a good and bad thing because I spent longer than I expected picking one out. Shipping went smoothly though, and overall it felt like a practical, thoughtful gift.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did eventually get back to me. The person I spoke with was nice and got it sorted out in the end, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of slow, and it felt like an avoidable hassle.
