With how many companies mess around with delivery windows these days, I was bracing for some kind of delay or excuse. But my order actually showed up when they said it would, and there were no problems at all. Kind of sad that this feels rare now, but I appreciated it.

I wasn’t totally sure these Tervis cups would stay looking good after going through the dishwasher over and over. I kind of expected some cloudiness or maybe a little warping eventually, but so far they still look basically new. I use them all the time, toss them in the dishwasher, and they come out looking fine every time. Definitely makes everyday use a lot easier.

Overall, this has been easy to wash and it doesn’t seem to hold onto smells, which I really like. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the lid takes a bit more scrubbing to get fully clean. Has anyone else had the same issue with the lid?

I don’t care what anyone says, these lids are actually solid. I’ve used plenty that crack or feel flimsy, but these feel sturdy and seem like they’ll last.

Once they replied, it was straightforward. They asked me to send a photo, which makes sense, though I was hoping it would move a little faster. After that, they sent out a replacement without giving me a hard time, so I appreciated that part.
So yeah, overall it worked out fine. Not the fastest return experience ever, but customer service was helpful and the new cup is in good shape. I’d say it was mostly easy, just a bit slower than I expected.
